The Bishop: Immune to Faminite disease.
Twisted Luck: When someone makes a roll against you and succeeds on a raise, you can spend a Fate Chip to make a Gambling roll opposed by their Spirit. If you win, the roll becomes a failure. If you succeed with a raise, the roll counts as a critical failure.
Devilish Luck: After initiative cards are dealt, you can spend a Fate Chip to make a Gambling roll opposed by the Spirit of a single target as a free action. If successful, he swaps initiative cards with his target.
Cheat Fate: When a character spends a Fate Chip, for any reason, you can make a Gambling roll opposed by the target’s Spirit as a free action. With success, the character loses his Fate Chip before it can be spent. On a raise, you gain the Fate Chip. However, failing this roll means you lose a Fate Chip. You must have at least one Fate Chip to use this ability.

Ulysses has always been the type to get by on a heavy mixture of planning and blind luck but those days are over.
